Yes, but data usage is minimal (less than WhatsApp).
Even if the network drops, the app won’t lose progress — it saves everything and continues where they left off.
You can book at any time, but May and June are the busiest months. Ideally, book at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Yes — we understand that organizing large groups can be complex and that cities are dynamic. If the weather isn’t suitable, you can simply cancel by notifying the Game Master.
